INVITATON FOR PARTICIPATION IN AN ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE NON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION “AUBG ALUMNI ASSOCIATION”
DEAR MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION,
On 18.06.2018 at 6:00 pm, in line with a decision of the Board of Directors in the city of Sofia, 28, Stefan Stambolov blvd, there will be an annual general meeting of the members of AUBG Alumni Association (AAA), registered in Sofia City court, court case №120/2015, 5 team.
The meeting will have the following agenda:
- Acceptance of the Annual financial statements of AAA for 2017;
- Miscellaneous
In case there is a lack of quorum, the meeting will be delayed with one hour and will be held at the same place with the same agenda, if there is a quorum. The quorum is established by the chair of the meeting according to a list, in which the names of the attending or their representatives are recorded and is enclosed with the protocol of the meeting.
